Walk in the front door to the large entryway where you can comfortably put on all your gear before you head out to the mountain. Just off this entryway is where you’ll find the main level full bathroom and a large closet for your coats and boots. Head into Sunset Vista where you will find the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and cozy living room. The bright and airy main living area has vaulted ceilings, large windows and a two-way gas fireplace to keep you warm. Take in the beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your living room. Just off the kitchen, there is a covered deck with your private hot tub and BBQ. On this level, you’ll also find the double/single bunk room which is perfect for someone that would like to be on the same level as the main gathering space or can’t do stairs.
From the main level, head upstairs to the master bedroom. At the top of the stairs, there is a small sitting area and the master bedroom is an open air loft that has a king bed and large ensuite with a soaker tub.
Once you’re back on the main level, head downstairs to the other three bedrooms, full bathroom along with the second living room, media room and games room. This floor also has a wet bar with an extra fridge, just in case you need more kitchen space as well as an extra table to play games. One of the most unique features of Sunset Vista is the media room with theatre seating and the games room with an air hockey table, foosball table and board games. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day on the mountain.

Sunset Vista has all the bells and whistles. From smart TVs in each bedroom (and living room), to a full stocked kitchen, games room and media room. There is something for everyone!
Please Note: This house has an occupied suite that shares the main entryway but has no access to your property.
Parking: There are four parking spots for your stay, outside in the driveway in front of the garage.
Ski Access: Walk to the public access skiway and then ski down the skiway to reach the village and trails and an easy return home by ski or the free shuttle.
The private hot tub at Sunset Vista is open for the winter season only. It’s closed during the summer and shoulder seasons.
The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. With VRBO, the pet fee listed is priced for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Sunset Vista is a fully equipped house with two sets of laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.

The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and it was nice to have a second fridge/freezer downstairs for all the extra food. The ski/in ski/out is through an access between houses approx. 5 houses down, a little uphill and small walk but not a big deal. We loved the backside of the mountain with the more challenging runs as most of us were experienced skiers, not as many green runs for the less experienced on this mountain. The location is good, being a short walk to the Silver Star village, chairlifts, and tube park. For skiers, it is possible to ski-out, but snowboarders might struggle a bit with the flat sections.
